John Murtha: WRONG about Somalia, WRONG about Iraq!

In 1993,
Rep. John Murtha said to pull our troops out of Somalia.

We did.

Osama bin Laden was encouraged:

1996 Bin Laden said: "But your most disgraceful case was in Somalia … However, when tens of your solders were killed in minor battles and one American pilot was dragged in the streets of Mogadishu, you left the area carrying disappointment, humiliation, defeat and your dead with you...  You have been disgraced by Allah and you withdrew; the extent of your impotence and weaknesses became very clear."

 In 2005, Rep. John Murtha
said to pull our troops
out of Iraq.

Osama bin Laden, again,
is encouraged:

2006 Bin Laden said: "We will continue, God willing, to fight you and your allies everywhere, in Iraq and Afghanistan and in Somalia and Sudan until we waste all your money and kill your men and you will return to your country in defeat as we defeated you before in Somalia."
