Cpl. Robert Pennington

Rob Pennington, one of "our" Marines, is a member of the "Pendleton Eight."  This story tells about the kind of young man he is and about the kind of young men John Murtha is condemning without investigation or trial.  This is a must-read.  Rob's dad, Terry Pennington, will be joining us at the rally on October 1st.

...After his first tour in Iraq, Bobby (now Rob) came back confident, healthy, buff, a new man.

After his second tour, he came back having been injured and having seen things nobody should have to see.

After his third tour, he came back in shackles.

Lance Corporal Robert Pennington, U.S. Marine Corps, is one of the Camp Pendleton Eight – seven Marines and one Navy corpsman charged with the murder of an Iraqi civilian.
